Dr. Lauren Florko has a Ph.D. and MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University.
Lauren Florko has taught both academically and within businesses on topics such as consulting, performance management, statistics, communication, business fundamentals, and research methods. Her current research interests include people strategy with a corporate social responsibility framework, alternative work arrangements, inclusive workplace development, and design.
Floko is a faculty member of the MBA program at the University Canada West.
