Stephen Hinds is a highly qualified and experienced MBA instructor at University Canada West. With an MA in Organizational Conflict Analysis and Management, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, and a BA in Criminology, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom. He is also a designated Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), as well as having achieved his Certified Organizational Coaching (COC) designation.
Stephen is sessional faculty at UCW, teaching Human Resources courses. His expertise and experience in the field of human resources and organizational development are extensive, having worked with clients in the private, public, and non-profit sectors for over 20 years. Throughout his career, Stephen has led teams through large and small-scale change initiatives and is passionate about building organizational capacity and facilitating learning events that support professional development.
In addition to his work as an MBA instructor at UCW, Stephen is also actively involved in the community sector, serving on boards or participating in successful fundraising campaigns. He brings this same passion and dedication to his courses at UCW, working to empower students to think critically, creatively, and productively as they pursue their learning goals.
