Dr. Steven Shechter is a professor and a faculty member of the Operations and Logistics Division at UBC Sauder School of Business. He teaches Managerial Decision Modeling and Analytics, Simulation Modeling, and Optimal Decision-Making courses at the UBC Sauder MBA program.
Stochastic optimization, Simulation, Medical Decision Making and Health Care Operations Research are the major research interests of Steven Shechter.
