Dr. Rafia Faiz is a highly accomplished MBA professor at University Canada West. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi.
Dr. Faiz brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as a professor, having worked in both the private and public sectors in various capacities. Her areas of expertise include management, leadership, and organizational behaviour.
At UCW, Dr. Faiz teaches a variety of subjects within the MBA program, including strategic management, leadership, and organizational behaviour. Her teaching philosophy is centred on creating a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation. She believes in using real-world examples and case studies to help students better understand the material and apply it to their own careers.
