Dr. Penny Farley holds a research-based Ph.D. from the University of Exeter (UK) in Leadership. She completed her master’s degree at the University of Hong Kong focusing on improving second language learners’ composition skills and completed two bachelor’s degrees at the University of British Columbia.
Penny Fairly is teaching MBA courses at University Canada West (UCW) in Vancouver, Canada.
