Dr. Oleg Naumenko – MBA professor at University Canada West (UCW)

Dr. Oleg Naumenko holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a master’s degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. As a faculty member of the MBA program at the University Canada West (UCW), Oleg Naumenko teaches the Leadership course.

The major research interests of Oleg Naumenko are developing successful crisis management strategies, with an emphasis on behavioural aspects of decision-making. His teaching philosophy is based on personal accountability, thinking out of the box, and a close link between theory and practice.
