Dr. Eli Sopow holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding University, an MA in Human Development from Fielding University, an MA in Leadership & Learning from Royal Roads, a certificate in Peer Counselling from UBC, and a diploma in Public Sector Management from the University of Victoria.
Eli Sopow is a faculty member of the MBA program at the University Canada West (UCW). He teaches Change Management, Organization Behaviour, and Leadership courses at UCW.
