Roger Charles is a highly experienced and accomplished business professional who holds an MBA in International Business from Alliant International University- San Diego, a CBA in Business from the University of Ottawa, an MA in International Relations from the University of Ottawa, and a BA in English from the University of British Columbia. With over 20 years of experience as a CEO, he is a faculty member of the University Canada West MBA program.
At UCW, he teaches Leadership in the Global Context, Business Environment and Strategic Management courses in the MBA program, and He is a fluent speaker of both English and French. He believes that distinguishing theory from practice by sharing his experience is key to his teaching philosophy and is always looking for ways to engage.
